Our Mission Statement

The Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft stands for applied top-level research. Its mission and values guide our actions. Wherever new technologies and processes are used, the Fraunhofer Academy creates the conditions for a new culture of innovation in companies for an economically successful future by providing continuing education.

We see continuing education as the key to implementing innovations in business and society. We impart knowledge from research and management with the aim of putting it into practice in industrial and service companies as well as public institutions. To this end, we qualify specialists and managers in areas of knowledge that reflect Fraunhofer's central competencies.

Our Mission: Putting knowledge to use

We see continuing education as the key to implementing innovations in business and society. We impart knowledge from research and management with the aim of putting it to practical use in industrial and service companies as well as public institutions. To this end, we qualify specialists and managers in areas of knowledge that reflect Fraunhofer's central competencies. In part-time degree courses, certificate courses and seminars, our experts open up learning spaces that link their know-how with the participants' worlds of experience.

We stand for: Quality in knowledge transfer

We focus our programs on the requirements of adult, professionally experienced learning groups. Current findings from educational research as well as regular evaluations of our programs are a significant source for improving our services. To ensure the delivery of our services at a high level, we also work closely with external professionals to ensure quality.

With our continuing education programs, we create offerings for career-accompanying learning that leads to recognized qualifications. In order to do justice to the topics presented also in their theoretical foundations as well as their interdisciplinarity, we cooperate with renowned universities.
