| Fiber Reinforced Plastic Remanufacturer | Course on FRP maintenance, processing, and repair In order to meet the specific requirements of FRP repair, Fraunhofer IFAM has developed the “Fiber-reinforced Plastic Repair Technician” training course. In this one-week course, participants are qualified for work in repair and in-house production. Upon successful completion, participants will be able to process and repair high-quality fiber-reinforced plastic structures. |

Upon successful completion, they will be able to select a matrix material in accordance with component requirements in order to manufacture high-quality fiber composite structures. | COMPOSITE ENGINEER | This new course in fiber composite technology combines the expertise of the Fraunhofer Lightweight Engineering Alliance in a modular continuing education program to train students as composite engineers. Participants in this course have the opportunity to receive further training from experts working in current research in various fields relevant to fiber composites. |
