The University of Freiburg, the Freiburg Fraunhofer Institute and the Fraunhofer Academy are developing a range of diversified, as regards content, occupational courses of study at under-graduate program level in scientific advanced training, a project funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Structure
Employees, even with family, shall have the opportunity to further educate themselves on an academic level by modular system, combining individual and flexible small-scale units to higher degrees.

The aim of the project is a broad range of academic advanced education of relatively small formats, which can - just like modular elements - be combined as desired to CAS or DAS degrees.
