Collaborative projects

The Fraunhofer Academy has continually expanded its extensive network and supported Fraunhofer Institutes and other partners that are interested in continuing education in the construction of new, innovative training programs.

Since 2011 the Fraunhofer Academy is part of the initiative "Advancement through Education: Open Universities involved" funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. Five Fraunhofer partner institutes and six partner universities are developing new study programs in the STEM fields for professionals and people with family responsibilities.
