Empowering healthcare professionals to understand and support digital innovation in hospitals

Participants will gain an understanding of emerging digital technologies; how to transform processes, structures and cultures; and measure the value and benefit of these technologies in patient care.

A European team of leading experts in digital technologies and learning design have come together to create a programme that is innovative, interdisciplinary, and impactful; providing technical knowledge and transferrable skills.

Our programme structure allows participants to select an individual pathway to acquire the specific skills they require. Our introductory module provides a broad introduction to the programme content, from which you can select the most applicable course. The programme is delivered online with self -paced learning content, virtual classrooms and individual project work. The average learning time for a course will be 15 hours within a 4 to 5 week period.

Drive the future of healthcare!

The Transformative Digital Skills Programme is specifically designed by a multidisciplinary expert team to meet the rising demand for digital skills by healthcare professionals.

The programme is composed of transversal skillstechnology  and management modules.

  • Transversal skills modules typically cover a broader, cross-thematic set of skills, necessary to understand and enable the digital transformation of healthcare.
  • Technology modules focus on specific technology applications that have a direct impact on healthcare.
  • Management modules are designed to meet the needs of healthcare professionals with management responsibilities.

The modular structure allows participants to focus on individual learning paths and choose the most relevant skills to support their own learning journey. A combination of different modules is highly encouraged.
